As an Accountant (SYSTEMS), you will:
Provide technical and program advice to management regarding the priority of requested system modifications.
Coordinate acceptance test plans and review acceptance test results with affected users.
Participate in decision-making sessions and advise program managers on regulatory requirements, financial policies, the interpretation of data, and the pertinence of accounting data to program operations and improvements.
Analyze operations, financial systems, periodic and special reports, and systems edits to develop information on trends, anomalies or problems and develop solutions.
Provide advanced leadership in the coordination of accounting issues; develop regulations, procedures and guidelines for program and technical users.
