What You’ll Do:
Accounts Payable – Process invoices and manage vendor payments
Stock in Inventory – Ensure accurate vehicle inventory records
Maintain Floor Plan – Track and reconcile dealership financing transactions
Posting Wholesale Transactions – Process wholesale vehicle sales and documentation
Additional Duties as Assigned – Support the accounting team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Franchise Dealership Experience – Required for consideration
Tekion Automotive DMS Knowledge – Preferred, but not required
Detail-Oriented – Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and financial processing
Strong Computer & Analytical Skills – Ability to work efficiently in accounting software
Multi-Tasking Ability – Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
