What You’ll Do:- Accounts Payable
- Process invoices and manage vendor payments - Stock in Inventory
- Ensure accurate vehicle inventory records - Maintain Floor Plan
- Track and reconcile dealership financing transactions - Posting Wholesale Transactions
- Process wholesale vehicle sales and documentation - Additional Duties as Assigned
- Support the accounting team as needed
- Franchise Dealership Experience
- Required For Consideration - Tekion Automotive DMS Knowledge
- Preferred, but not required - Detail-Oriented
- Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and financial processing - Strong Computer & Analytical Skills
- Ability to work efficiently in accounting software - Multi-Tasking Ability
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
