About The Role Modalways is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and tracking of technology projects. This role works closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure projects remain organized, documented, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in project coordination within a technology-focused environment.

• Assist Project Managers with coordinating daily project activities.
• Track project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized project documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications related to projects.
• Support communication between internal teams and clients to provide accurate updates.
• Monitor task progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Help prepare status reports and project summaries.
• Ensure project procedures and documentation standards are followed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in administrative support, project coordination, or office roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
