Overview

Full onsite Document Control Specialist responsible for cataloging hardcopy files for off-site storage, data entry, label creation, documentation review, and documentation creation. Work is split between two Austin locations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Purpose of the role includes maintaining and implementing change-management systems to support quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support
  • Documentation management
  • CR (Change Request) processing, CR prioritization and compliance
  • Participating in projects
  • Using BM RAM & Windchill
  • Gathering metrics
  • Interpreting documentation requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • BM RAM and Windchill experience
  • Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
  • Experience with documentation control
  • Ability to work fully onsite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with equipment controls and calibration
  • Familiarity with asset management tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage documentation across multiple locations
