- **** Job Details:**## Purpose The Administrative Support Coordinator will assist with administrative duties for a large academic department.## Responsibilities Office Support:
Oversee the administrative suite reception area and copy room. Receive and distribute mail and packages. Process department shipping orders with eShip Global. Process general office and instructional orders in UT Market. Manage and scan archive documents and create filing system in UT Box. Serve as a backup for voucher processing. Serve as the full-time front desk reception.

Business Contracts:
Coordinate, review and upload agreements into Contracts Plus+ for approval.

Course Assistance:
Assist faculty with exam prep and proctoring, collecting assignments from learning assistants, and print course work. Secure room reservations for ADA compliance.

Room Request:
Manage visitor calendar request in Momentum for visitor space. Manage departmental keys and door codes.

Event coordination:
Coordinate all aspects of departmental events. Organize bi-weekly department events/teas.##

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
* Three years of clerical experience, including one year of experience at either the Administrative Assistant or the Administrative Associate level.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and respond to faculty and staff tactfully, clearly, and concisely.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Highly detail oriented with outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
* A self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
* Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.*### ##

Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with systems and applications commonly used at the University of Texas.
* Understanding of UT policies and procedures.## Salary Range $50,000 + depending on qualifications.## Working Conditions
