Office Manager Onsite in Austin, TX profit share

Serp Api is the leading solution to integrate search data into web applications. Our API scrapes search engines, solves CAPTCHAs, and keeps up with changing page layouts in one simple GET request. Our customers include Nvidia, Shopify, Perplexity, Adobe, Samsung and more.

We are looking for an Office Manager to provide administrative support, oversee in-office inventory, and coordinate other office needs.

We can offer $65,000 to $80,000 per year (depending on profile), 401k matching, Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, and profit-sharing bonuses.

• Oversee daily in-office operations to ensure the office runs smoothly
• Greet and assist any office visitors and manage access for new employees, longer-term visitors, etc.
• Coordinate mail and deliveries
• Manage and update inventory spreadsheets to track all in-office assets
• Order and restock office supplies, snacks, and other materials as needed
• Manage relationships with office and maintenance vendors
• Provide Administrative support as needed

Total compensation, including profit shares, averages $232,448 per year per team member worldwide. We pay nearly as much as Google!
