We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to help create an exceptional in-office experience for employees, candidates, clients, and visitors. This role will serve as the face of the office while supporting reception, workplace operations, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact at reception, greeting visitors, employees, and candidates.
- Manage visitor check-ins, mail and package distribution, and ensure the reception area remains organized and professional.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support for employee and guest requests.
- Manage incoming requests through the office ticketing system, prioritizing and routing as needed.
- Support workplace operations by maintaining office supplies and shared spaces including conference rooms, wellness rooms, and training areas.
- Partner with Workplace Operations leadership to support office events, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to support day-to-day office operations.
- 2+ years of experience in office operations, workplace experience, hospitality, or administrative roles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and ticketing systems (Jira or similar) preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
