Position DetailsJob posted by UT High School, open to all applicants. The hire is exempt from FLSA, working 40 hours per week, start date immediately, position expected to continue.
OverviewThe Registrar supports the UT High School Diploma Programs by managing student records, enrolling students using the Skyward system, scheduling conferences, and supporting communications.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support during the registration process, including use of Skyward’s New Student Registration system and coordination with school districts.
- Maintain student records and enter data in Skyward and Mishell for enrollment and withdrawal tracking.
- Produce transcripts, report cards, and enrollment reports using Skyward and Mishell, complying with state and university policies.
- Coordinate scheduling of student and parent conferences and support students with special needs.
- Assist program leaders with enrollment activities, cross‑train with staff, and provide customer service via email and phone as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of administrative assistant experience, or high school diploma and at least five years of clerical experience.
- At least one year of customer service or records management experience in an educational setting.
- Expertise in shared Box folder systems, Skyward SIS, and data reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret student transcripts and data efficiently.
- Problem‑solving ability, initiative, and critical thinking skills.
- Independent work orientation and ability to interact professionally with others.
- Timely deadline management and schedule adherence.
- Bachelor’s degree and > 1 year administrative assistant experience, or high school diploma and > 5 years clerical experience.
- Advanced knowledge of UT systems such as Box, Skyward, Docusign.
- Experience with student transcripts, state coding for special education and 504 students.
- Experience organizing schedules and multi‑tasking.
$46,000 + depending on qualifications.
