Job Description Position Description (Hutto / Parmer)
The Workplace Coordinator is a self-starter who must be highly detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate diligence throughout task and project completion. This individual will provide excellent customer service, deliver quick solutions, and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner.
This role requires hands‑on support, including furniture assembly and moving boxes or large items throughout the facility.
Core Responsibilities Site Operations & Logistics- Coordinate travel between sites
- Manage daily vendor and visitor access, including temporary badge issuance per security policies
- Conduct site walks to assess conditions, identify deficiencies, and create task lists
- Perform basic maintenance (light bulbs, cove base, carpet tiles)
- Support preventative maintenance programs, including invoice review and documentation
- Oversee workplace equipment upkeep, inventory, and supply replenishment (office, breakroom, culinary)
- Maintain and create EHS‑compliant signage
- Manage vehicle charging schedules where applicable
- Assemble office furniture and manage deliveries using pallet jacks or utility carts
- Serve as primary point of contact for workplace/facility requests via shared inbox
- Develop and distribute site‑wide communications
- Support events (setup, staffing, cleanup)
- Assist in creating and improving workplace processes
- Maintain vendor tracking, inventory spreadsheets, and budget oversight to stay within quarterly allocations
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers and local suppliers
- Ensure consistency across all locations through regular monitoring and decision‑making on self‑performed work vs. vendor escalation
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence across all spaces
