PurposeThe CNS Dean’s Office seeks a detail‑oriented, organized, and hard‑working part‑time student associate to provide an enhanced customer service experience for stakeholders of the College of Natural Sciences and to support the core mission of fostering wellness, belonging, and success for all students.
Responsibilities- Assist with on‑site front desk management, including student appointment check‑ins.
- Handle multi‑line phone communication during standard office hours.
- Participate in virtual office hours and small projects to support staff.
- Contribute to long‑term organizational projects, general office maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
- Must be a CNS student with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, maintained throughout employment.
- Available for 10–19 hours per week during standard office hours with a set, weekly schedule.
- Eligible to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for any employer without sponsorship.
- Position covers the Spring and Summer semesters of 2026 with potential renewal for the Fall semester.
- Experience in administrative or office work.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proper telephone etiquette is preferred but not required.
$10.50 per hour
Work ConditionsMust be able to lift 30 lbs. Work shift is between Monday and Friday, 8:30a.m. – 4:30p.m.
