The Operations & Finance Coordinator is the administrative and financial backbone of IMI, keeping the systems and infrastructure running as the organization grows.
You will:- Manage bookkeeping, receipts, and expense reconciliation
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Coordinate with IMI's accountants and financial advisors
- Manage contracts and organizational paperwork
- Support the Director of Philanthropic Development with financial reporting for grant funders
- Provide logistics admin support for IMI Fest and other events: travel bookings, reimbursements, vendor payments
- 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, nonprofit administration, or a similar role
- Familiarity with nonprofit financial practices: grant tracking, restricted and unrestricted funds
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and reliable
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving organization where everyone pitches in
- Salary: $50,000+, commensurate with experience
- Full-time, year-round position based in Austin, TX
