Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to executives with complex organizational responsibilities, enabling them to operate effectively. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and handle travel arrangements and logistics with precision. Working closely with Workplace colleagues onsite and virtually, you’ll build strong, collaborative relationships and deliver seamless support through exceptional organization, sound judgment, and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to executives: manage calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and handle travel arrangements and logistics.
- Prepare non‑routine correspondence, ensure brand compliance, and proofread materials for consistency, grammar, and spelling.
- Compile, process, and analyze data, and prepare reports based on research objectives.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences, liaise with the Meeting and Events Planning team, handle logistics, follow up on action items, and report status to executives and attendees.
- Coordinate with third‑party suppliers to address support needs.
- Arrange and facilitate conference calls, video conferences, and data conferences involving a global audience.
- Assist with complex administrative tasks such as locating and completing standard Accenture forms, invoicing and accounts reconciliation, maintaining voicemail/email distribution lists, and managing time and expense reports.
- Educate executives on new and existing Accenture tools and processes.
- Develop relationships with executives’ clients and their Executive Support Associates.
- Record and monitor work requests in the tracking tool in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the activities of other Executive Support Associates/Analysts as required, assigning tasks in a structured and formal way on a regular basis.
- Anticipate travel needs and independently coordinate complex travel arrangements, support with travel documentation, itineraries, and visa/passport procedures.
- Prepare draft proposals and presentations as directed by the Executive or other service departments.
- Review and sort paper‑based and electronic mail, identify and take action required where appropriate.
- Manage complex calendar/diary activity, including extensive rescheduling and keeping executives informed.
- Provide telephone support as the executive’s representative, answering calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintain contact and email distribution lists.
- Minimum of 3 years of Executive Support experience.
Fully onsite for the first 90 days; thereafter hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Occasional flexibility in schedule and overtime may be required.

Massachusetts $23.13–$59.09;
Minnesota $23.13–$55.53; New York $21.39–$64.23; New Jersey $24.62–$64.23; Washington $24.62–$59.09).
