Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) and VP of Engineering. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to these leaders, helping them operate efficiently by managing complex calendars, coordinating cross-functional communication, organizing travel, and ensuring their time and priorities are aligned with the most important work across the organization.
Additionally, they will help coordinate team offsites and events and support the setup and ongoing logistics of shared co-working spaces as we scale
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working through ambiguity, meticulous in their attention to detail, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business as we scale from currently thousands of members to millions.
Boston-based candidates are strongly preferred due to frequent collaboration with the CPTO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and schedules
- Manage the CPTO and VP of Engineering's complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate with internal and external contacts to arrange each leader's commitments
- Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Handle communication with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the executives, including emails, Slack, sync requests, and scheduling coordination
- Act as a liaison between the CPTO, VP of Engineering, and other executives, board members, and external partners
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications
- Coordinate Business Meetings & Travel
- Arrange travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and agendas
- Prepare necessary documents for board, executive, and team meetings
- Cross-colaborate with other EAs to plan offsites and set up co-working spaces as we scale.

- Oversee and assist with special projects as assigned
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting technical executive leaders in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence & discretion.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
- Google Calendar mastery
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems quickly.
