- Recruitment Support: 15% – prepare job postings, schedule interviews, screen applications, and conduct assessments.
- Onboarding and HR: 25% – conduct and oversee onboarding of new hires and transfers, ensuring badge, supplies, keys, equipment, and access needed.
- Offboarding: 20% – coordinate processing of separating employees, deactivate badge and software access, return state property.
- Office Administration: 15% – maintain current position descriptions, coordinate annual reviews, notify staff of required training, maintain org charts, business flow charts, excel spreadsheets, process email, maintain calendars, schedule meetings, input requisitions in CAPPS FIN, track/certify receipt of order for invoice payment, maintain inventory, maintain records and filing system, manage SharePoint.
- General: 15% – serve as subject matter expert, prepare, edit, distribute correspondence, reports, forms; audit work accuracy; maintain confidentiality.
- Asset Management: 5% – track and coordinate maintenance of property, submit work orders, process entry and security requests, assist with relocations, building/IT/copy/phone/key requests.
- Other Duties as Assigned: 5% – back‑up for other positions, assist in special projects, disaster response and continuity of operations.
- Office management and human resource administration.
- English grammar, spelling, writing style and basic math.

Graduation from an accredited four‑year college or university with relevant coursework; two years general office experience; six months human resource administration and onboarding; experience with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint; experience creating organizational charts; one year in recent positions; typing speed 40 wpm with no errors. - Required:
Longevity of one year in recent positions and typing speed 40 wpm with no errors.
