We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual to manage both the personal and household affairs of our CEO. This is a critical and multifaceted role that requires exceptional judgment, a keen sense of urgency, and the ability to anticipate the needs of a busy executive.

The Person al Assistant will serve as the right-hand support for the CEO's life outside of work, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and balance.

About DaBella: A Remodeling company based in 26 states. Our dynamic and fast-paced environment fosters creativity and collaboration, and we are looking for a key individual to support our visionary leader.

Compensation: $80,000-$110,000
Job Responsibilities:
  • Personal Scheduling:
    Manage the CEO's personal calendar, appointments, and social engagements with discretion.
  • Personal Errands:
    Handle a variety of personal tasks, which may include making reservations, coordinating household services, managing personal appointments, and assisting with family-related logistics.
  • Travel Coordination:
    Arrange personal travel and logistics for the CEO and their family. Must be prepared to plan trips, book private flights, and find ways to help with his personal life outside of work.
  • Event Planning:
    Coordinate and organize personal events and social gatherings as needed.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion:
    Handle all personal information and matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Communication Hub:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence on the personal side. Be the main point of contact for personal vendors.
  • Project Management:
    Assist with special projects and events
  • Expense & Budget Management:
    Submit and track expense reports, reconcile credit card statements, track confidential documents, pay utilities, and assist with budget tracking for the CEO's personal expenses
  • Administrative Operations:
    Maintain an organized system for digital and physical files. Handle a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's home for him and his family. Manage the home and maintain upkeep while the family is away or traveling. Maintaining all vehicles' service and cleanings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an Executive Assistant supporting a busy executive
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Personal Assistant supporting a C-level executive, preferably a CEO.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative without explicit direction.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work occasional non-traditional hours.
  • A resourceful and proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • Must be able to travel with the CEO
  • Valid Driver's license and clean motor vehicle report
  • Must be willing to travel (15%)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a startup, technology, or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing Airbnb properties
