About You:
- Dedicated to Democratic politics and ready to help elect James Talarico to the US Senate
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle more than one project at once, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a team under tight deadlines and in a high-pressure environment
- Process incoming invitations and scheduling requests through Asana in coordination with the Scheduling team.
- Ensure schedule details are accurate, including confirmation of locations, staff assignments, and preparatory materials.
- Perform administrative support tasks for the Scheduling Director.
- Provide ad-hoc logistical and project management support to the Candidate's schedule.
Strong Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and exercise sound judgment.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- A friendly, professional, and collaborative demeanor when interacting with principals, stakeholders and staff alike.
- Due to the variability of the Campaign schedule, the ability to work long and unscheduled hours, including nights and weekends, on a very regular basis.

Austin, Texas (moderate travel expected)
Salary: $6,000-$7,000 per month
