Texas Mutual is looking for a dedicated professional for our dynamic imaging team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling crucial documents for multiple departments and gaining valuable exposure to multiple aspects of our business.

• Work as part of a large team
• Open and identify incoming documents
• Prepare documents for scanning
• Scan documents using commercial scanners
• File scanned documents through indexing systems
• Route scanned documents to employees electronically
• Follow production and accuracy standards
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance

• High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Up to 2 years of data entry or administrative experience

Base Pay Range: $20.89 – $25.81 per hour. Flex‑hybrid work model allows you to work remotely and collaborate in the office based on business needs. All employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
