RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages payroll, time off requests, employee onboarding
- Manage facility for organization, cleanliness, heating and cooling, organization, etc .
- Manage computer hardware, phone system, internet, routers, etc .
- Manage SOPs for tech onboarding
- Coordinate hardware purchases
- Manage IT passwords for firm
- 3–5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership (law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, and workflows
- High level of organizational and project
-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with a CRM
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem
-solving skills and the ability to operate independently with sound judgment
- This is a full
-time, exempt role (not eligible for overtime pay). - Up to $100,000-$130,000 annual salary base range, depending on experience.
- 10 days paid time off and 10 paid company holidays.
