We are seeking an exceptional, highly organized, and professional Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team of a rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, technology‑savvy, and capable of managing both executive support responsibilities and day‑to‑day office operations with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct executive support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and follow‑up communications
- Coordinate and oversee office operations and administrative functions
- Prepare professional presentations for executive meetings, client presentations, and corporate events
- Assist with project management and special initiatives
- Organize company meetings, training events, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support onboarding and setup of new employees
- Coordinate technology and presentation equipment for meetings and events
- Maintain organization of files, reports, and company documentation
- Assist leadership team with various administrative and operational tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Point
- Advanced proficiency in Canva
- Experience using various presentation and design platforms
- Ability to create polished, executive‑level presentations and proposals
- Working knowledge of computer systems, networking, internet connectivity, and office technology
- Ability to assist with employee workstation setup, equipment configuration, and presentation technology
- Comfortable troubleshooting basic technology and connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Self‑motivated with a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Administrative Manager
- Experience supporting senior executives or business owners
- Experience coordinating corporate presentations, meetings, and events
Compensation will be discussed personally and will be based upon experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities.
