Responsibilities
- Process RFIs, submittals, and drawing packages
- Upload and organize documentation in EDMS systems
- Ensure accuracy, formatting, and compliance standards
- Track document status and workflows across projects
- Maintain logs, reports, and distribution lists
- Partner with project teams to support timelines
- Assist with process improvements and documentation standards
- Manage document lifecycle (creation, QC, routing, archival)
- 5-10+ years of document control experience
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Experience with EDMS platforms (SharePoint, Aconex, Open Text, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Bluebeam or Adobe
- Ability to manage high-volume documentation across multiple projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly
- Proactive, ownership mindset
- Comfortable in dynamic, changing environment
- 100% onsite role (Austin, TX)
- Fast‑paced, high‑volume project setting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
