Hours:
40 per week, Non‑Exempt Travel:
Possible interstate/intrastate as needed
- Make procurements with corporate credit card, complete account reconciliation, and maintain detailed records.
- Prepare internal departmental forms, including purchase requests, travel, shipping, and visit requests.
- Arrange in‑house visitor meetings, ordering and delivering refreshments or lunch.
- Review and approve timesheets and maintain absent time records.
- Perform additional related functions as assigned.
- High school graduation or GED.
- Five years of demonstrated clerical ability, including at least one year at the Administrative Assistant level.
- Detail‑oriented administrative work capability.
- Three years of experience using computer software such as Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; willingness to learn additional applications.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate multiple tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Capacity to work independently with sensitive and confidential information, maintain a professional demeanor, and communicate effectively with all client groups.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- U.S. citizen; subject to a government security investigation and required to meet eligibility for classified information access per project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- More than five years of experience at the Administrative Assistant level.
- High accuracy in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and proofreading.
- At least one year of purchasing experience with a corporate credit card and associated reconciliation.
- Exceeds three years of experience using Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; willingness to learn other applications.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and excel.
- Eligibility for immediate access to classified information.
