Job TypeRegular employment, state job code 1990, grade 18, salary $5,000 – $5,700 per month, exempt from overtime, one opening.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate facility support services, inventory and asset management activities, and operational support functions for the agency. Serve as liaison with state agencies and vendors regarding facilities, property, and inventory‑related matters. Maintain property and key control records, support office and operational needs, and assist with facility‑related projects and requests. Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications- Experience serving as a liaison with state agencies, vendors, or external business partners.
- Experience maintaining inventory records, asset tracking systems, or property management databases.
- Experience coordinating office moves, furniture or equipment requests, facility repairs, or operational support services.
- Must be present at the office Monday through Friday; telecommuting not permitted.
