Clinic Admissions Associate
As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. You guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

- Responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions including document management, internal and external communication with referral sources
- Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families

- Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership

- 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, or client relations
- Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
- Eagerness to be part of a caring, team‑oriented culture
- Commitment to show up everyday and be a leader at your center
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
