Position: Administrative Coordinator for Church Operations & Ministry

Austindiocese is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative support, including calendar support and office management. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and supports the Director of Facilities and Risk Management.

The ideal candidate will have two years of administrative experience, be proficient in MS Office, and must be a practicing Roman Catholic. Responsibilities also include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and documenting financial transactions.
