Position: RECEPTIONIST-CAPITOL CHEVY

Capitol Chevrolet is looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers and visitors with their needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Support Sales, Service, and Management teams with administrative tasks
  • Manage customer traffic logs and basic data entry
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
