The Jr. Operations Assistant will work within the Operations team by performing a variety of Operations tasks including auditing, reporting, scheduling and recruiting. We have a growing team and are looking for driven individuals who are looking to grow and expand their career and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Starting out, the Jr. Operations Assistant will help ensure that time log entries are accurate and up-to-date for the team and will perform weekly audits for the Director of Operations. This person will be sitting in on multiple meetings each week to document and report action items, so exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must.

In addition to working with the Operations team, the Jr. Operations Assistant will work closely with the CEO by regularly monitoring his calendar in Outlook to point out and resolve conflicts. They will help to schedule and maintain office hours for various team members, so it is important that this person is comfortable with Microsoft Office Apps.

This role will assist in the company’s recruiting efforts by contacting candidates and scheduling interviews. They will also be tasked with planning out and building courses through our internal Learning Management System. As the person in this role grows, they will audit the new client handoff process from initiation through the completion of the initial calls. They’ll also work with the Director of Operations on various bookkeeping tasks, so prior experience with payroll is a plus.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Ability to type at 60 WPM or better
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite of Apps
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Organizational skills

Preferred Skills

  • Light experience with bookkeeping
  • Prior Human Resources experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience communicating directly with the team and potentially clients
