We are looking for a high-energy, up-for-anything, meticulously organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team. The Coordinator will handle general office duties, client interactions, and administrative support to help sell rooms, catering, and banquet services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to client inquiries in a pleasant manner.
  • Provide information about property facilities, rates, packages, promotions, and services.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and e-mail.
  • Generate reports, prepare proposals, collect collections details, and coordinate with clients and suppliers.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages (brochures, promotional materials, sales demo kit, welcome kit, amenities, etc.).
  • Manage sales managers' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist the sales team by filing documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings when needed.
  • Conduct hotel site tours with potential clients.
  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary diploma or degree in a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in a comparable position or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and guest-service orientation with a sincere, friendly, and helpful personality.
  • Team player willing to pitch in and assist colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation and work a varying schedule.
