This role starts end of July/Early August. 93 Play Street is a fast-growing swimwear brand known for bold designs, viral social media campaigns, and a highly engaged community. We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, resourceful, and proactive individual to work directly alongside our Founder & CEO. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping bring order to chaos.
No two days will look exactly the same.
- Assist the CEO with daily scheduling and administrative tasks
- Coordinate personal appointments and errands
- Grocery shopping and household support as needed
- Coordinate cleaning services, maintenance appointments, and vendors
- Assist with unpacking and organization following travel
- Run miscellaneous errands and handle last‑minute requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate office vendors and services
- Ensure day‑to‑day office operations run smoothly
- Assist with customer service inquiries
- Support photoshoots, content days, and brand events
- Provide support to various departments as business needs arise
- Pick up dry cleaning and packages
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance appointments
- Wait for repair technicians and service providers
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Handle other day‑to‑day operational needs as they arise
- Occasional dog sitting and pet‑related assistance when needed (4 dogs)
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Resourceful and able to solve problems independently
- Positive attitude and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- Thrives in a startup environment where priorities can change quickly
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
- 2+ years of professional experience in an administrative, operations, executive assistant, hospitality, or similar role
- Ability to work full-time in our Austin office
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and follow‑through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working for a founder, entrepreneur, or startup
- Experience in fashion, retail, e‑commerce, or events
- Customer service experience
- Ready to make things happen behind the scenes and keep everything running smoothly
