Clerical, Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Admin Assistant, Office Assistant
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, mail distribution, and requisition of supplies, as well as additional clerical duties.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOther duties may be assigned.
- Greets customers
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate person and transfers to voice mails as necessary
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
- Organizes and maintains file systems of branch clerical records
- Opens orders as necessary
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mails services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Assists in clerical support to the branch, as assigned
- Cleans and disinfects conference rooms after closings
No supervisory responsibilities in this position.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year administrative experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit at a desk for long periods of time, twist to reach equipment that surrounds desk, use telephone, and operate office equipment.
