The City of Austin is offering a six-week paid apprenticeship through the Austin Water's Talent Apprenticeship Program (TAP). This program is designed for graduating seniors and recent graduates looking to build a sustainable career in public service by providing real-world training in the water industry.
Participants will assist with administrative functions, coordinate programs, collect data for reports, and learn about municipal operations. Candidates must have a high school diploma and be enrolled in a relevant program.
The position pays $22.05 per hour and requires physical capabilities as stipulated.
