We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to The Company’s C‑Suite leadership. This highly visible role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you will act as a strategic right‑hand to senior executives, lead Executive Assistants, and partner with the Office Manager to ensure seamless operations across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, anticipates needs before they arise, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and brings strong judgment, discretion, and executive presence to every interaction.
What you’ll do:Executive Support & Strategic Partnership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for C‑Suite executives, managing complex calendars, travel logistics, and communications with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalated, enabling leadership to operate at peak effectiveness
- Prepare and coordinate executive‑level materials including agendas, briefings, presentations, and correspondence
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential, sensitive, or time‑critical information
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, board members, and external partners on behalf of executives
- Directly lead and mentor a junior Executive Assistant, providing day‑to‑day guidance, prioritization support, and professional development coaching
- Partner closely with the Office Manager to ensure alignment on office operations, events, and administrative workflows
- Serve as an escalation point for administrative issues and ensure high‑quality, consistent output across the support team
- Model a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and set the standard for execution excellence
- Coordinate high‑priority cross‑functional projects, special initiatives, and executive offsites from planning through execution
- Manage and track key commitments, deadlines, and follow‑ups on behalf of the executive team Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, tools, and processes for greater efficiency and impact
- Leverage AI tools and modern productivity platforms to streamline communications, scheduling, and task management
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C‑Suite or senior leadership, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring other administrative professionals
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities without losing attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive‑level polish
- High degree of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- Proactive, self‑directed problem‑solver who anticipates needs rather than waiting to be asked
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in a dynamic, high‑growth environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and modern productivity and AI tools
- Experience with project coordination, event planning, or cross‑functional operations is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of employment without requiring employer sponsorship
- Operate at the center of The Company’s executive leadership team, with direct visibility into company strategy and decision‑making
- Build and lead a high‑performing administrative team, shaping how support functions operate at scale
