Front Desk Student Associate - Work-Study
Provide part-time front desk support to the Economics Department.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Making photocopies
- Assisting with department events
- Maintaining departmental cleanliness
- Running errands
- Receiving mail, packages, and other deliveries
- Overseeing inventory of supplies
- Proctoring make-up exams
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Federal Work-Study Award.
- Current UT Austin student enrolled in at least 6 hours for Fall 2026/Spring 2027.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior work experience in a customer service or office environment.
Hourly Rate: $13.50
Working Conditions: Office environment. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds. Work Shift M-F 8am-5pm, with occasional Saturday events.
