This position requires working weekends, and rotating holidays as needed

Position PurposeServes as clerical support to the contract processes.
Essential Responsibilities- Accurately enters data (key/type) into applicable systems.
- Faxes effectuation notices and files the confirmations in the electronic case folders.
- Logs returned mail and researches the applicable system for the correct address.
- May email electronic notices of hearing (eNOH) or other notices.
- May retrieve and deliver mail from and to the mailroom.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months of work experience. College education or technical training in business related areas may be substituted for experience on a month per month basis. (Education requirements may be satisfied by full-time education or the prorated part-time equivalent.)
- Medicare Part C related appeals activities, preferred.
- Resided in the United States for a minimum of three (3) years out of the last five (5) years? (Per Contract Requirement)
