Job Title

The Municipality of St Arnoult in Yvelines is looking to fill a position focused on urban planning. Main

Job Responsibilities

Urban Planning:

  • Registration of urban planning files (CU, DIA, DP, PC...) submitted by users
  • Public reception: physical and telephone reception
  • First level of response to requests
  • Orientation of users on behalf of other services
  • Management of secure titles (identity cards and passports) (A pre-authorization from the prefecture is required, it will be requested by the service upon your arrival)
  • Collection of requests
  • Issuance of identity documents

Civil Status:

  • Processing of notices of mentions and family books
  • Processing of requests for civil status documents received by mail or electronically
  • Issuance of reception attestations and various certificates (home, change of address, certificate of life, concubinage, military census...)
  • Conforming and legalizing signatures
  • Drafting of civil status acts
  • Management of PACS, marriages, wedding ceremonies...

Funeral:

  • Issuance of funeral authorizations
  • Purchase and renewal of concessions

Elections:

  • Participation in the preparation and electoral scrutinies

Specific responsibilities (urban planning):

  • Organization of transfer and follow-up to the instructing services
  • Management of the administrative follow-up of files
  • Respect of deadlines (granting, rejection, ABF...)
  • Reception of the public in appointments to clarify questions related to the Local Urban Plan to simplify the submission of files
  • Entry and updating of sector dashboards

Working conditions:

Permanent employment full-time over 4.5 days, 36 hours 30 weekly with compensatory time off (with Saturday morning work by rotation)

Statutory remuneration + incentive scheme + quarterly bonus + CNAS
