Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Office Coordinator, you will perform administrative functions in support of the management and operations of the department. This includes interactions with staff, outside agencies, vendors, physicians, corporate/division staff as well as departments within the facility.

  • You will answer the phone and greet visitors.
  • You will schedule and coordinate department meetings and events including preparing the agenda and handout packets.
  • You will maintain department and/or committee meeting minutes, attendance records and other meeting documents.
  • You will submit/approve department invoices and investigate problematic invoices.
  • You will keep department and employee files updated and available in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
  • You will maintain time and attendance records for the department.
  • You will assist with special projects and research.
Job Requirements
  • One year Medical Office Experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
