Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external partners
- Support board meetings, investor updates, and other high-profile engagements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate the needs of executives to ensure smooth daily operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and facilities
- Oversee office inventory, ordering supplies and ensuring availability of resources
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries for executives
- Process and reconcile select employee travel reimbursements in compliance with company policy
- Assist with special projects, events, and team initiatives as needed
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (experience in a startup or technology company preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
