About The Role

We are seeking a professional and personable Office Receptionist to join our team in Austin, TX. The Office Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment. This role supports daily administrative functions while helping maintain smooth office operations in a dynamic setting.

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and assist with calendar coordination

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is a plus
