Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support while serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing executive support, office coordination, customer service, and light business development responsibilities.
This role supports senior leadership and plays an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, personable, and confident enough to take initiative, ask questions, and adapt to changing priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating day-to-day priorities.
- Serving as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining and updating CRM records, client information, and administrative documentation.
- Assisting with proposal preparation, presentations, contracts, and other business development materials.
- Coordinating meetings, office logistics, travel arrangements, and operational activities.
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Supporting project tracking, operational workflows, and follow-up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
- Answering incoming calls, managing office communications, and routing inquiries appropriately.
- Assisting with special projects and providing administrative support across multiple departments as business needs evolve.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, executive support, or related experience.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills.
