Senior Executive Assistant
We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who operates as a true business partner — not just to the executive they support, but to the global organization they lead. This role will support our Chief Operating Officer, GTM, serving as a trusted strategic partner who helps drive operational excellence across our global Go-to-Market organization. This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the business, not just close to the calendar.
The ideal candidate thinks several steps ahead, represents their executive's priorities and voice in rooms they aren't in, and uses modern tools, including AI, to work faster, smarter, and with better judgment than a traditional EA function typically allows.
A strategic thinker who anticipates what senior leaders need before they ask, brings structure to ambiguity, and thrives operating in a fast-paced, global business. Someone who enjoys being a force multiplier - solving problems that don't have an obvious owner and driving work that has meaningful business impact.
- 8–12+ years supporting C-level executives or senior executives (VP+) in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic business partner—not just a scheduler—to senior leadership.
- Strong track record of using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to improve personal and team productivity.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams and managing complex international schedules across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, executive presence, and business acumen with the ability to represent senior leadership credibly.
- Proven experience planning and executing high-profile executive meetings, customer events, offsites, board meetings, or leadership summits.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across executive leadership teams and influence without direct authority.
- Based in Miami, FL (preferred), Austin, TX, or elsewhere within the Eastern Time Zone, with flexibility to travel and support in-person executive meetings as business needs require.
