PurposePerform significant data entry related to the processing undergraduate and graduate admissions applications with a primary focus on high school transcripts. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate logging of high school and college transcript coursework. Must keep up with weekly transcript goals to maximize efficiency and output without sacrificing quality of work.
- This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry.
High school diploma or GED. Three years of administrative/clerical experience. Must have access to a laptop or PC and a reliable internet connection. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, be professional, responsible, reliable, focused, great attention to detail. Communicate clearly and effectively, learn quickly, follow instructions, respond positively to feedback, and remain focused while completing repetitive, assigned tasks.
Preferred Qualifications2 years (60 semester hours) of college credit, more than 3 years of clerical experience including significant experience with data entry of confidential information.
Hourly Rate: $20.00Working Conditions

- Hours per week - 29
- Work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- After the first few weeks of training, work may be done in the evenings, and possibly weekends.

Retirement Plan EligibilityThe retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
