PurposeAssist with the processing of undergraduate and graduate admissions credentials, including, but not limited to, permanent resident cards, domestic and international transcripts, and English proficiency requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- The position will review, verify, and process a variety of admissions application credentials. Responsibilities include transcript verification, GPA calculation, data entry.
- And assisting with other assigned duties as needed. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry.
High school diploma or GED. Three years of administrative/clerical experience. Must have access to a laptop or PC and a reliable internet connection. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, be professional, responsible, reliable, focused, great attention to detail, communicate clearly and effectively, learn quickly, follow instructions, respond positively to feedback, and remain focused while completing repetitive, assigned tasks.
Preferred Qualifications2 years (60 semester hours) of college credit More than 3 years of clerical work experience Student records experience with confidential information.
Hourly Rate$20.00
Working Conditions- Attire:
Jeans - Use of manual dexterity, Repetitive use of keyboard at a workstation.
- Hours per week - 29
- The work hours are from 8:00 a.m., to 5:00 p.m.
- After the first few weeks of training, work may be done in the evenings, and possibly weekends.
