Scheduling Coordinator – Entry Level
TESIM Electric is looking for an organized, dependable team member to help coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication that support project teams. This full-time, entry-level opportunity is a strong fit for someone ready to learn, contribute, and build a career with a growing electrical contractor.
What you will do- Maintain calendars, meeting schedules, and routine schedule updates.
- Coordinate meeting details and follow up on action items.
- Keep scheduling information organized and communicate changes clearly.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent organization and communication.
- Comfort with calendars, spreadsheets, and office software.
- A positive attitude, dependable follow through, and interest in growing with TESIM Electric.
