This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and takes pride in being a calm, strategic presence behind the scenes.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, visas, and documentation, ensuring seamless travel experiences that support demanding executive schedules.
  • Manage expense reporting and financial activities, including Concur expense reconciliation and department budget tracking, with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as a key liaison across the organization, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication between executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and organize executive materials, including meeting agendas, reports, and presentations, maintaining secure, well‑organized records to enable informed decision‑making.
  • Plan and execute meetings, offsites, and special events, negotiating with vendors and coordinating logistics to deliver high‑quality experiences in a cost‑effective manner.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant team, providing backup coverage when needed to ensure continuity of support during critical periods.
What Makes This Role Unique

  • Opportunity to support leaders during key transition moments
  • High visibility across the organization
  • A chance to expand your influence, professional judgment, and scope over time

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply embedded in the rhythm of the business and takes pride in enabling others to succeed.

What You Bring
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with confidence managing complex calendars and inboxes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing priorities, ambiguity, and evolving business needs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach to work.
  • A service‑oriented mindset focused on creating positive, reliable experiences for stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3–4 years of experience supporting senior‑level executives (or equivalent experience demonstrating readiness for this level of support).
  • Experience working in a publicly traded company.
Who Will Thrive Here
