Billing Assistant – Entry Level
TESIM Electric is looking for an organized, dependable team member to support billing records, invoice preparation, and project documentation. This full-time, entry-level opportunity is a strong fit for someone ready to learn, contribute, and build a career with a growing electrical contractor.
What you will do- Organize billing documents, invoices, and supporting records.
- Assist with data entry, basic reconciliation, and routine follow ups.
- Coordinate with project and finance teams to keep information accurate.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
- Basic spreadsheet, email, and document organization skills.
- A positive attitude, dependable follow through, and interest in growing with TESIM Electric.
