YOU:

You are a highly organized, proactive, high-capability utility player, and force multiplier.

As Chief of Staff, you work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure their time, attention, and priorities are focused where they create the greatest impact. You oversee the executive support function, manage and execute special projects, and partner with the COO and other leaders on priority initiatives as needed.

You are equally comfortable managing the details behind the scenes and stepping into a project that requires structure, coordination, and follow-through. You anticipate needs, connect dots, protect priorities, and make sure important things don’t fall through the cracks.

This role requires judgment, discretion, adaptability, and follow-through. You are trusted with sensitive information, competing priorities, and projects that don’t always come with a playbook.

YOUR DIRECT REPORT:

COO

OUR CORE VALUES:
  • Build Like a Partner: We show up like owners, not order-takers. We collaborate, contribute, and co-create. We don’t just pass the baton — we run beside each other with shared vision and full commitment.
  • Own The Outcome: Everyone leads from where they stand. We take full responsibility- not just for tasks, but for results. We don’t wait to be told - we build to be proud.
  • Make Moments Matter: We don’t just do work — we create meaning. Every email, interaction, and touchpoint is a chance to leave someone better than we found them.
  • Purposeful Excellence: Excellence isn’t a flex — it’s a form of care. We pursue mastery not for ego, but because people, moments, and missions deserve our best.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as trusted partner to the CEO and COO in managing competing priorities, commitments, and demands on her time.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the C-Suite highest priorities and ensure her calendar and commitments reflect them.
  • Direct and prioritize the Administrative Assistant’s work to ensure workflows support COO and CEO leverage:
Calendar management, Inbox/Slack management, Meeting & key engagements prep, and Travel bookings
  • Track decisions, commitments, and action items involving the C-Suite and ensure appropriate follow through
  • Serve as a filter for incoming requests, determining what requires the COO and CEOs involvement and what can be delegated or resolved elsewhere.
  • Protect the COO and CEOs focus and decision‑making capacity while ensuring important information reaches her at the right time
Executive Support Team Management
  • Establish clear responsibilities, expectations, priorities, and communication rhythms across the support team
  • Delegate and prioritize work to ensure the COO and CEO is supported seamlessly across professional and personal responsibilities
  • Hold regular check‑ins with support team members and ensure open items are tracked through completion
  • Identify gaps in coverage or support and proactively develop solutions
  • Create systems that allow the executive support function to operate efficiently, consistently, and with minimal C‑Suite involvement
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality across both business and personal matters
Special Projects:
  • Own and execute high‑priority initiatives that fall outside of day‑to‑day…
