Accounting Data Clerk

About the Role

DaBella is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Data Clerk to join our fast-paced accounting team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be responsible for entering high volumes of data, maintaining financial records, and ensuring all information is coded and processed correctly.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (On-site in Austin, TX)

Compensation: $20-$22 hourly

• Enter and process a high volume of customer payments
• Verify contract details, including totals, terms, and payment due dates.
• Accurately update CRM to reflect transaction information
• Communicate with sales resolve discrepancies or obtain missing documentation.
• Support month-end close by reviewing reports and documentation.

• High-volume data entry experience in a professional setting.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Team player with a willingness to help across the department.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-starter who adapts quickly and embraces learning new skills.

• 1-2 years of data entry or clerical experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry software.
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Experience maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.).
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
