Bonnell Electric is seeking an experienced and highly organized Compliance & Operations Coordinator to join our Austin team.

This is a hands-on, multi-functional role supporting our US, administration, vehicle documentation and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the motorcycle, powersports, e-mobility, automotive, or OEM industry and understand the administrative processes associated with selling and distributing vehicles or bikes in the United States.

The role will work closely with the Bonnell sales, operations, warehouse and customer support teams to ensure orders move efficiently through documentation, dispatch, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities OEM, MCO & Vehicle Documentation
  • Manage the preparation and printing of Manufacturer's Certificates of Origin (MCOs) and associated vehicle documentation.
  • Ensure VIN/serial number, model, customer, and dealer information is accurately recorded and matched to the relevant vehicle.
  • Maintain appropriate records and controls around issued MCOs and other controlled documentation using our ERP system.
  • Assist dealers and customers with documentation where appropriate.
  • Support processes relating to lost, corrected, replacement, or amended documentation.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure vehicle data is accurate before documents are issued.
State Filings & Compliance Administration
  • Assist with US state registrations, dealer/manufacturer filings, renewals, permits, and other administrative compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a schedule of filing and renewal deadlines to ensure requirements are completed on time.
  • Maintain organized electronic records of licenses, registrations, filings, and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with state agencies and external service providers when required.
  • Support the Operations team with research and administration relating to changing state requirements.
Dispatch & Domestic Logistics
  • Coordinate domestic freight and dispatch activities for bikes, parts, and other products.
  • Work with warehouses, 3PL providers, freight carriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation and provide warehouses with clear dispatch instructions.
  • Monitor shipments and proactively follow up on delays, missed collections, delivery issues, or damaged freight.
  • Provide tracking information to dealers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Assist with freight quotations and help ensure commercially competitive shipping options are being used.
  • Prepare freight invoices.
  • Coordinate special deliveries and other domestic logistics requirements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatches, serial numbers, tracking details, and proof of delivery.
Office & Operations Administration
  • Support the day-to-day administration of the Austin office.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, documents, deliveries, and office requirements.
  • Assist with supplies, and general office organization.
  • Assist other areas of the business during peak periods and product launches.
Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in the motorcycle, powersports, e-bike/eMoto, automotive, or OEM vehicle industry.
  • Experience supporting OEM, wholesale, dealer, or vehicle sales.
  • Previous experience preparing or managing MCOs/MSOs, titles, VIN documentation, or similar vehicle documentation.
  • Familiarity with US state vehicle, manufacturer, dealer, or registration filing processes.
  • Experience coordinating domestic freight, shipping, dispatch, or 3PL operations.
  • Strong office administration and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, inventory, or order management systems.
