Aux Talent is partnering with a growing executive search firm in Austin to find an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and another senior Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong administrative foundation who is eager to learn, take on more, and become an integral part of a small, high-performing team.

This person will provide high-touch executive support across scheduling, travel, client coordination, and day-to-day priorities while working closely with the firm's Head of Operations and broader team. The ideal candidate is warm, positive, highly responsive, and incredibly dependable. We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, anticipates needs, and approaches both big and small tasks with the same level of ownership.

Typical

duties (but are not limited to):
  • heavy calendar management and scheduling
  • domestic travel coordination
  • client meeting logistics and follow-up
  • inbox and correspondence support
  • partnering with EAs and executive stakeholders at client organizations
  • assisting with weekly client updates
  • supporting team offsites and events
  • light office coordination as needed
  • helping ensure day-to-day priorities stay organized and moving forward
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative, executive support, or related experience;
  • exceptional organization and attention to detail;
  • strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • high level of responsiveness and follow-through;
  • warm, positive, and professional demeanor;
  • strong work ethic and sense of ownership;
  • ability to manage multiple priorities without letting details fall through the cracks;
  • comfort working in a small, collaborative office environment;
  • a genuine desire to learn and take on more.
Schedule:

Full Time | 3 days/week in office
