We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-reliant Executive Assistant to join our team in Austin. At ARCO, you'll have the opportunity to improve project performance and drive your own success, from day one!

Responsibilities- Calendar and meeting management; including scheduling and travel coordination.
- Conducting research and creating PowerPoint presentations on an as needed basis
- Manage communication and act as liaison between internal departments, Principals, and other executives
- Assist with internal business planning and assembly of departmental business plans
- General records management and document control
- Event registration and planning
- Client relations (purchasing gifts, scheduling/planning off-site events, etc.)
- Salesforce data entry, report building, and system management
- Expense reporting
- Manage relationships with the property manager to address any building announcements and/or address any office maintenance issues
- Develop office budget and manage vendor relationships and negotiations in order to stay within the budget
- Ensure proper stock of all office supplies and equipment
- Ensure office common spaces are always presentable, with a focus on client-facing spaces
- 2+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bluebeam experience is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Proactive management style
- Ability to manage different personalities
